Q. How long does the board last?
The board lasts up to 500 to 700 uses if cared for properly. Warranty covers any manufacturer's defects if anything goes wrong during this time.
Q. Does the board/seams get damaged from rolling/unrolling and storage?
The seams would be fine. The only thing that damages the board is accidental over-inflation. Be sure to watch the pressure and release air if temperature gets hotter throughout the day. Storage should be between 5°C to 40°C/40°F to 105°F
Q. Why are some inflatable paddle boards so expensive?
Our inflatable paddleboards are handcrafted using premium materials and the latest construction techniques, demanding skilled labor and meticulous craftsmanship. We collaborate with a seasoned manufacturer with over a decade of experience. These elements combined have a higher cost but they ensure superior durability and performance.
Q. I saw another brand selling similar board with the same specifications for $1200 - $1400, why does yours cost less?
As a new brand (launched April 2023), our overhead is still low. The focus is to get established in the market so to do that, we need more customers using our products. It's also a long-term marketing strategy where our products will speak for themselves and do the marketing for us.
Q. Are the boards tested?
Safety is our number one priority so each board is tested on a tub and we have a triple quality check in place, twice at the manufacturer level and once at the fulfilment center level.
Q. What should I do if my board is deflating quickly?
If your board is deflating quickly, it might have a leak. Use the repair kit to fix minor leaks. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service. Always do a safety check before you get on the water.
Q. Can I attach a seat to the board?
All our boards are compatible with a kayak seat that can be purchased separately from our online store.
Q. Can I use the board for yoga?
Yes, our paddle boards have a large, non-slip deck pad which is perfect for practicing yoga or other balance activities.
Q. How resistant is the board to punctures?
Our boards are constructed with high-quality thick PVC material, which offers durability and resilience. This robust construction helps prevent usual wear and tear. However, we do advise avoiding contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces to prevent potential punctures.
