Sea Titan Paddleboards Lifetime Warranty Policy


Sea Titan Paddleboards ("Sea Titan") is pleased to provide a non-transferable, limited warranty (the "Lifetime Warranty") to the original consumer-buyer ("You," "Your," or "Buyer") of our inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboards (iSUPs). This Lifetime Warranty reflects our confidence in the excellent craftsmanship and enduring designs of our paddleboards.

What does the Limited Warranty cover?

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to iSUPs purchased from Sea Titan Paddleboards or an authorized Sea Titan dealer. It covers material manufacturer defects arising under normal use for the lifetime of the product, defined as approximately 500 to 700 uses.

The Lifetime Warranty covers material manufacturer's defects only, including:

  • Seam leaks
  • Excessive workmanship defects
  • Handles
  • Defective valves

Accessories are covered by a separate 1-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to misuse of the Products
  • Products that were lost or stolen
  • Damage caused by impact to rocks, docks, shore-pound, etc.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage in temperatures over 90°F/32°C and under 32°F/0°C
  • Artwork fading, which is considered a normal part of the aging process for any product exposed to sun and weather
  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Variations in color of products stemming from differences in computer monitor display
  • Damage caused by transporting an Inflatable Paddleboard Product on the top of a car
  • Damage to the fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin
  • Damage caused by overexposure/storage in direct sunlight
  • Damage caused by mishandling, including improper loading/unloading, rolling, or dragging on concrete, shipping, or modifications to features
  • Acts of God, fire, or casualty
  • Failure to exercise normal maintenance
  • Consequences of uses for which the Product was not designed
  • Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate
  • Uses of a Product with aftermarket modifications other than as expressly provided by the instruction manual or accompanying documentation

Limited Warranty Process

If your Sea Titan Paddleboard or Accessory develops a defect covered under this warranty, here's how to make a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at support@seatitansup.com. Include a description of the issue and attach clear photographs of the defect. Also provide proof of purchase (order number) and delivery, a name, phone number, and return mailing address.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim. If it's determined that your product is defective due to materials or workmanship, we'll proceed with the warranty process.

  3. Repair or Replacement: Sea Titan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to repair or replace any product deemed acceptable for a warranty claim. Once approved, we will either repair or replace your defective product with the same or equivalent model at no additional cost to you. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Additional Services and Support

Accidental Damage Repair: If your iSUP is damaged due to an accident, we offer support through our technicians and local SUP repair shops partnerships.

Art Reprinting and Protection: Though our warranty does not cover fading artwork, we're introducing an art reprinting service and developing an at-home protective layer product to help maintain the artwork.

Limitation on Liability

In no event shall Sea Titan be liable to you for a monetary amount greater than the total amounts paid or due for the product(s) in the order giving rise to such liability.

Product Warnings

You are responsible for reading and adhering to any product warnings and instructions that accompany any products you purchase from Sea Titan. Sea Titan is not responsible for any damages resulting from your failure to abide by such product warnings or instructions. Please use all Sea Titan Paddleboard Products safely and responsibly.

By purchasing a Sea Titan Paddleboard Product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy.
